The agetech sector has been chronically overlooked by many, even though this sector in particular is a big, growing, and important section of the market. It’s time to do better and create products specifically designed for this fantastic demographic. With our team, we have started a movement to go from ‘boredom and dissatisfaction’ to an ‘inspiring and joyful’ retirement.
What role are we looking for?
We are looking for a werkstudent production/content design who will take the lead on writing articles on actualities (including topics of our weekly readings), directing new (video) content, building and orchestrating podcasts and more..
In this role, you will shape our digital content strategy (copy) and podcast production. Together with Hidde and Lenny, you will closely look at which kinds of new courses, articles, readings, and podcasts will shape the Proudies platform. Additionally, you will work closely with marketing to get direct feedback on what our members love the most. Writing scripts for our podcasts and learning modules will be at the forefront of your week. Other core activities will include writing articles on actualities and connecting with our partners for content collaboration. At the same time, you will be involved in designing and shaping our content strategy.

What your day might look like
Every morning, we will start with a short kick-off at 0900 at our offices the Edge Olympic in Amsterdam zuid.
Every day will be different and might include: brainstorming on new content topics, chatting with colleagues and partners, working together with the marketing team to design content campaigns, preparing podcasts, preparing & directing e-learning video's with our experts, engaging with people on the platform and other tasks that might appear during the day!

Your profile
Excellent proficiency in the Dutch language is a must. Also, as we are with a small team, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to picking up tasks as they arise. Besides that, we prefer that you have a background in marketing, copywriting, journalism, or cultural studies. Other skills like speaking English, effective and efficient communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage and plan several tasks, and an open and creative mind will help you succeed in our team!
